THE ISSUE OF PAYING CHILD SUPPORT

As always it never seems to go unnoticed by the child support office whenever I'm not making a payment due to not having a job or them not receiving enough money out of the little check I do get from working a 40 hour work week. Now, I don't mine paying child support, simply, because I do have children who're not living with me.

The problem though is that because the child support office isn't getting all the money needed out of my check. They want to send me to jail for it. With all the people out there who want pay a damn thing on their known child support case. All they can do is try to lock me up for something as small as this issue with them not getting all the money they've requested from me.

Now, you must understand, I do pay on my child support each month as they take the money directly out of my small little check.

With the amount of money I make per hour it's just not enough to pay the child support office all the money they're requesting I pay them each an every month. Look, I've got another court date approaching really fast. The court date I had before this one they in up putting me on 10 years probation because I couldn't pay all the child support requested.

During the upcoming court date they're probably going to lock me up seeing I couldn't pay all the child support again as they wanted according to the terms of the court agreement.

But, here's where it gets really crazy; why would you even desire to lock up someone who's a least trying to do the very best he/she can to pay what's being asked of them to pay to the best of their ability? When the court go about locking up a parent for not being able to provide total child support for their child. This will only cause more problems for the parent/s an the court system.

First, it's the American tax payer's who have to foot the bill for keeping so many parent's locked up for, simply, not being able to pay the total amount due on their child support cases.

Next, not only will the American tax payer's suffer, but the child of the parent's who've been lock up will suffer as well. It's got to be a better way to handle this issue of not being able to pay the total amount of child support due on ones child support case.

Hey, my arrears on my child support along is around $22,000 dollars an counting. The amount I have to pay on that money every month comes to around $845.00 a month. I'm pretty sure now that you can see where I'm coming from here, right?

Me an others like myself who're unable to pay the total amounts due on our child support cases will never be able to get our heads above water trying to pay the child support we're behind on, as well as, the child support owed right now.

If you've been in this kind of issue before your comments on this subject here is more than welcome. Please, feel free to post your story if you feel it would help others to get through this issue of paying child support.
